Casa San Rocco is a spacious grand luxurious old house with a separate tower at the bottom of a large, lush and verdant garden. This outstanding property consists of a welcoming entrance hall leading to a number of large reception rooms, all accessible through a central courtyard bringing light to every room. Around the courtyard you will find a sitting room with fireplace, study, dining room, drawing room with fireplace, kitchen and breakfast room. On the first floor there are four bedrooms all with bathrooms and terraces. The stunning massive garden is stocked with mature trees and beautiful greenery and has a pond, a large swimming pool and deck. Overlooking the swimming pool is a separate annex in the form of an old tower, consisting of an open plan living/dining room with fireplace, kitchen and two double bedrooms both with bathrooms. Complementing this amazing property is a separate one bedroom annex. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Bedrooms
All bedrooms are furnished very comfortably in neutral colours. Spacious cupboards are provided in all rooms as well as various antique chest-of-drawers. Each bedroom is provided with its own marble-floored bathroom.
Bathrooms
Traditional 1930s style bathrooms with cast-iron ball and claw baths. Bath/Shower with toilets are provided in two en-suite bathrooms, one of which has a bidet. Showers with toilets are provided in the other bathrooms.

Staff can be arranged to be on-hand for an extra cost including a daily housekeeper, chef service & chauffeur available.

Payment Terms
To confirm your booking we ask for a non-refundable deposit of 50%. The remaining balance is paid 14 days prior to arrival.
Booking cancellation
You may cancel your booking once it has been confirmed but the instructions will only be valid if put in writing, either by email or post. All payments made, be that of the deposit and the remaining balance, are strictly non-refundable. See terms of service for further information.
